Dangerous Driving

Dangerous Driving is an offence that can be dealt with by both the magistrates and crown courts and, in serious cases involving, say, high speed pursuits or serious injury inevitably involve the imposition of a custodial sentence and mandatory disqualification.

It is thus imperative for the motorist to secure appropriate advice early in the investigation and to ensure that they receive effective representation should the matter result in prosecution.

A conviction for Dangerous Driving will inevitably lead to disqualification from driving with a requirement that an extended test be taken at the end of the ban. Call or email for a call back urgently if you face an allegation of this nature.
